Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including but not limited to software, e-books, downloadable files, subscriptions, and online courses. Once a digital product is purchased and/or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
Physical Products: We do not offer refunds for physical products unless they are damage upon arrival. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and email us a product photo to [email protected]
